Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Use specifically stipulate the terms and conditions for registration and use of the Internet service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by WEVERCOMM (hereinafter referred to as "this Site"), as well as other necessary matters.
Article 2 (Definitions of Terms)
① "User" refers to members and non-members who access this Site and receive the Services provided by this Site in accordance with these Terms.
② "Member" refers to a person who has provided personal information to this Site to use the Services and has been assigned an ID and password.
③ "Member ID" refers to a combination of letters and numbers selected by the member for identification and use of the Services.
④ "Password" refers to a combination of letters and numbers selected by the member for the purpose of protecting his/her privacy. ⑤ The "WEVERCOMM Family Site" is a membership website operated or affiliated with this site, as specified in "[Supplementary Provisions] 3. (WEVERCOMM Family Site)".
Article 3 (Effectiveness and Changes to Terms of Use)
① These Terms of Use become effective upon posting on this site or notifying members through other means.
② If these Terms of Use are revised, this site will post the effective date and the reason for the revision on the homepage of this site, along with the current Terms of Use, from 7 days prior to the effective date until the day before the effective date. However, if the Terms of Use are changed in a way that is disadvantageous to members, this site will provide at least 30 days of advance notice. In such cases, this site will clearly compare the pre- and post-revision terms and display them for easy understanding by users.
Article 4 (Rules Other than Terms of Use)
① These Terms of Use apply in conjunction with the user guide for the services provided by this site.

Article 5 (Establishment of the Service Agreement, etc.)
① The Service Agreement is established when the Customer selects "Agree" to the Terms and Conditions set forth by this Site, completes the online application form provided by this Site, and applies for service use. This Site then approves the Customer's application.
② The approval set forth in Paragraph 1 includes the use of the WEVERCOMM Family Site and the services provided by this Site, including small business-related information and support services. However, agreement to the terms and conditions individually applicable to each WEVERCOMM Family Site may be subject to a separate consent process upon initial use of the WEVERCOMM Family Site.
Article 6 (Membership Registration)
① Customers wishing to use the Service must register by entering their personal information on the membership registration form provided by this Site.
② Children under the age of 14 are not permitted to register as members of this Site.
Article 7 (Protection and Use of Personal Information)
This Site strives to protect the personal information of its members, including member registration information, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. The protection and use of member personal information is governed by relevant laws and this site's privacy policy.
Article 8 (Approval and Restrictions on Application for Use)
① This site approves service use for customers who apply for use pursuant to Article 6.
② This site does not approve service use in the following cases:
- If the application for use agreement contains false information.
- If the application is submitted in violation of other stipulated provisions.
Article 9 (Assignment and Change of Member ID, etc.)

② In principle, member IDs cannot be changed. If a member wishes to change their ID for unavoidable reasons, the member must cancel the ID and re-register.

Article 10 (Obligations of WEVERCOMM)
① This site must ensure that users can use the service on the requested service start date, unless special circumstances prevent this.
② This site establishes a security system to protect personal information and publicly announces and complies with its personal information protection policy.
③ If opinions or complaints raised by members are objectively deemed legitimate, this site must promptly address them through appropriate procedures. However, if immediate handling is difficult, the site must notify the member of the reason and the processing schedule.
Article 11 (Obligations of Members)
① When applying for membership or changing member information, users must provide all information truthfully using their real name. Users cannot claim any rights if they register false or other people's information.
② Except in cases where this site is responsible pursuant to applicable laws and the privacy policy, members are responsible for all consequences arising from the misuse or negligence of the ID and password assigned to them.
③ Members must not infringe the intellectual property rights of this site or any third parties. Chapter 4 Service Use
Article 12 (Service Usage Hours)
① In principle, the Service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there are special operational or technical issues. However, the Site may temporarily suspend the Service on dates or times designated by the Site for regular system maintenance, expansion, or replacement. Any temporary suspension due to scheduled work will be announced in advance on the Site's homepage.
② The Site may divide the Service into specific categories and designate separate availability times for each category. However, in such cases, the details will be announced.
③ The Site may temporarily suspend the Service without prior notice due to unavoidable circumstances, such as urgent system maintenance, expansion, or replacement. The Site may also completely discontinue the current Service for reasons deemed appropriate by WEVERCOMM, such as replacement with a new Service.
④ In the event of service interruption due to reasons beyond the control of this site (such as intentional or unintentional disk failures or system downtime by the system administrator), advance notice is not possible. Furthermore, no notice will be given in the event of system interruptions due to the intentional or unintentional actions of others (such as PC communication companies or basic telecommunications service providers).
Article 13 (Website Copyright)
① The copyright for all content posted on this website belongs to this site. However, if the original author of a post is identified separately, the source must be clearly identified, and the copyright for the post belongs to the original author.
② The copyright for works posted directly by members belongs to the member. However, members are deemed to have granted this site the right to use such works free of charge.
③ Third parties are prohibited from using or quoting content owned by this site on other websites without permission.
Article 14 (Management and Deletion of Posts)
① The site may delete, move, or refuse to register any post or material that falls under any of the following categories without prior notice. - Postings that violate these Terms of Service or are deemed commercial, illegal, obscene, or vulgar.
- Postings that severely insult or defame other members or third parties.
- Postings that disseminate or link to content that violates public order and morals.
- Postings that encourage illegal copying or hacking.
- Postings that are advertisements for profit.

Chapter 5. Contract Termination and Restrictions on Use

If a member wishes to terminate the service agreement, they must do so directly using the [Membership Withdrawal] menu on the WEVERCOMM family site.
Article 16 (Service Use Restrictions)
① This site may restrict a member's use of the service if they violate Article 11 of these Terms and Conditions or if any of the following applies:
- If they engage in any behavior that violates these Terms and Conditions
- If they otherwise interfere with the normal operation of the service
② In accordance with the above restrictions, the site may temporarily suspend service use or terminate the service agreement without prior notice to members using the service.
Article 17 (Prohibition on Collection of Email Addresses)
Members may not collect or provide email addresses to third parties using manual methods, email address extractors, etc. Chapter 6: Prohibition of Objections and Claims for Damages
Article 18 (Prohibition of Objections)
This site assumes no liability for any damages suffered by members in connection with the services provided free of charge, except where such damages are caused by the site's intentional or negligent actions.
